HIGHLIGHTS OF 2023:
The highlight of 2023 was the successful launch of the Agencify Insurance Management Platform, a momentous occasion that resulted in an impressive 2400+ agent reach across Kenya throughout the year. Over 650+ covers were processed on the platform in 2023. This resulted in a substantial GWP of Kshs. 20,000,000+.
CELEBRATING PARTNERSHIPS:
2023 was a remarkable year of collaboration and growth for Agencify, and it is with great pleasure that we reflect on the pivotal roles played by our esteemed partners—APA Insurance, Takaful Insurance, AKI Kenya (DMVIC), and the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
APA Insurance holds a special place as the first insurer to believe in us and join the Agencify platform, laying the foundation for our shared success. Takaful Insurance, our latest partner in 2023, played a crucial role in helping us achieve a significant milestone, closing the year on a high note.
Our collaboration with AKI Kenya (DMVIC) has empowered agents to issue certificates instantly through Agencify, streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency. Additionally, we are grateful to the Data Protection Office for granting Agencify the stamp of approval, affirming that our platform is a safe and secure solution.

The fourth quarter brought a substantial development – the onboarding of one more insurer. Therefore, we now have APA Insurance and Takaful Insurance on the Agencify platform.
This strategic addition not only expands our network but also reinforces our dedication to offering a comprehensive and diverse range of insurance options to agents. It is a significant step forward, aligning with our mission to enrich the independent agent’s way of doing business.

Throughout the year, notable success stories have emerged, showcasing the outstanding performance of insurance agents on the Agencify app.
