Payment generation is dependent on the insurance companies you are working with and can only be done once the transaction is complete.

Yes, Agencify allows you to renew your clients’ insurance policies with ease. The platform will send you reminders before the policies expire and provide you with the option to renew them directly from the platform.

Track tasks and appointments by following these steps:

1. Click on the menu button at the bottom of the screen.
2. Select “Schedule a Todo”
3. Note down Todo title (e.g. Appointment with Bernard)
4. Attach any document of your liking to remind you.
5. Add a date and time for the meeting /appointment
6. Set a reminder and select the client if already on your phone book
7. Save the “todo” item and wait for a reminder.

You can activate your account by following these steps:

On the Agencify app homepage, click on the “Join Now” button. This button will take you to a sign-up page where you will enter your email address, and mobile number and key in a password. It will then ask you to validate your sign-up through an OTP code sent to your mobile phone. Complete the remainder of the details under “Complete Your Profile” and you will be activated.
