You can activate your account by following these steps:

On the Agencify app homepage, click on the “Join Now” button. This button will take you to a sign-up page where you will enter your email address, and mobile number and key in a password. It will then ask you to validate your sign-up through an OTP code sent to your mobile phone. Complete the remainder of the details under “Complete Your Profile” and you will be activated.

At the moment, Agencify is designed for independent agents who need an easier and more efficient way to manage their motor insurance policies. We have partnered with APA insurance to provide this platform to independent agents who work with APA.

Your agent code, which is unique for every insurer you work with, will enable you to sync your portfolio with the insurer’s database so you can access all your client’s data.

This is to confirm that you are a registered agent with IRA and also the license number is used for tracking policies and commissions with different insurance companies when using Agencify.

Track tasks and appointments by following these steps:

  1. Click on the menu button at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Select “Schedule a Todo”
  3. Note down Todo title (e.g. Appointment with Bernard)
  4. Attach any document of your liking to remind you.
  5. Add a date and time for the meeting /appointment
  6. Set a reminder and select the client if already on your phone book
  7. Save the “todo” item and wait for a reminder.
